Bro he accepted that he cheat but on the other he needs only one chance to his entire life if chesscom give him one chance then nothing will happen

You don't know this.

Let this be a lesson to your friend that bad choices may face consequences. Hopefully it will discourage others who rely on chess.com for school tournaments and elsewise.

Okay, let's not try to make an arguement, okay?

Here's what we know:

Your friend was banned, and he feels like he deserves a second chance. His school is having a big chess event and he can't play.So you want chess.com to reopen his account. And so you text them in email but they don't respond. Now the moderators see your forum and unban your friend, but your friend cheats again. You say he does that because he didn't see the email.

I recommend chess.com to put him on "probation" for 1 week-1 month and see if he cheats.

I'm just making a suggestion,hope this helps!

Thanks bro and even he did not want to reopen his old he only want to be able to create new account

So he messed up his second chance. Probably it's best if your friend takes that as a life lesson: When you mess up, there are consequences. And when you mess up your second chance, there won't be a third in many cases.

true, but sometimes if you can teach someone over and over again someday they might actually learn. If you put a donkey to the water you can't force him to drink, but if you leave him there for 5 days he will get thirsty and learn to drink. If you try to force your son into the pool to swim you can't force him to swim, but if you leave him there and keep pushing him someday he will go in the pool because of the scorching sun.Give the guy some chances,he's just a kid.

Well, he is getting another chance. In a year. Life won't be that generous most of the time.

That's why players bypass voilation and then chess.com says player are cheating

That's not an argument for lifting the ban though.

He already used his second chance. He cheated before. Case closed. Please don’t start an argument.
