My games freeze on my ipad

Hi all

The last couple of days all my games have frozen duringing the game. Sometimes in the beginning and sometimes during the match. I usually use safari but i have also tried Chrome.

Is this a know issue or is IT most likely something on my side?

     I have no solution but sometimes my Android tablet will disconnect during a game and I lose the game and rating points.

It sounds like you both are using the web browsers on your respective devices to access Chess.com. Would you be willing to try using the app from the app store? Whether you are using iOS or Android, please search for Chess.com Play and Learn and install the app if you haven't already! The app(s) are currently the best way to play on Chess.com and should help with your freezing and disconnection issues!
