If you just recently upgraded, it can take a while to generate the insights on games since the previous time you had Diamond.
If it's not updated by tomorrow, post again.

It doesn't take a while, it's not working, I've paid the Diamond for a month just for insights and I already lost some days.
You're receiving support requests related to insights every day, it's annoying that you just wasted my time.
Looks like you should be good now.
The issue happens to members that had previously had diamond and had Insights generated. If diamond is not kept, Insights don't continue to generate and if it's upgraded later, it may not restart. It's not clear if it's happening in every case but the suggestion is that 24 hours should pass after upgrading to see if if it generates data on the intervening games

would be amazing to be able to trigger the re-generation via a button <3
edit: it's somewhat mind boggling that there hasn't been an update on this for over a year while keeping the issue the same tho @Martin_Stahl
simple webhook with progress tracking would solve this

The process can take up to 24 hours after getting or renewing a Diamond membership for Insights to update/populate.
Insights are not computed on non-diamond members so the process queues up new/returning member games that get processed and will have to wait for the queue to get to the games

i read that. but still, for prem i'd expect a little more visual lubrication regarding this. either a button to check progress or at least an alert with current (non ideal) state of things.
i mean, i'd really slide the feat: alert story into next sprint to notify renewing diamonds abou this, if not anything else... (hehe, compulsary hate of agile included)
