My main account got banned, can you explain?

I don't even play on this account, but my main account Pizookieeee got banned. Somebody gave me both accounts after they quit chess due to low elo rating. So, obviously, starting at a 400 elo in bullet with an actual rating of around 2000 quickly got me banned due to "Fair Play Violation", obviously, because a 400 would never perform like a 2000. I don't know how to appeal or anything, I was never using an engine or bot while playing games, which I obviously counldn't have used in bullet, let alone, hyperbullet tournaments. Which literally have 10 second games. I suppose a lot of accounts have been falsy banned for such reasons, but I would like to continue my playing on chess.com. If anyone could help, it would be greatly apprectated.

Transferring an account could be enough to get an account closed on its own. That said, you should have received an email on the address associated with the closed account with information about the closure and the options available. One of those options is an appeal of the closure.

However, a fast rating increase, in and of itself, isn't going to result in an account closure for fair play.

bullet with an actual rating of around 2000

How come you dropped to 100 on your current account if you are 2000 rated?
