my membership is wrong???

Hello, I contacted support but haven't heard back. I have a gold membership that doesn't have the benefits listed on the memberships page so I assume it's newly changed? How do I swap over to the new gold membership without unsubscribing first? I know if you change your membership tier to get discounted for the rest of your previous membership, but I don't know about retaining the SAME tier. Anyone know?

If you purchased before September 1st 2022, you should not have the features listed in the membership page.

The plans after that have different features and higher pricing. Support will get back with you but it could take a few days.
