My new profile picture and username wont show during the game

i have changed my profile and username yesterday and they wont display during a game please help it keeps displaying the old one

it will be updated soon, if it doesn't contact support

i still didnt update where can i contact someone because contact support is just an ai

i created another account and its facing the same issue i dont know why

creating another account without permission from staff can get you banned for multi-accounting

so lose that account , and via contact support ask the ai bot to connect to agent

also you are not a staff member that you can ban him . chess.com does not ban anyone because of all these reasons
