My opponent lost connection and I lost the game!

That is a bad trade! You should next time try to win the connection and the game.
How to win the connention? My opponent clock in red go done to 0 and I do lost the game! I do start a new game and after 5-10 moves all happends again and I lost. Then I do start a new game I recive a warning for wrong play!
This happens to me also often.. I make a move, then waiting for opponent to make a move.. And then when his time's up, I loose the match.. It also shows he's got bad connection..
Today happened that I was again waiting for opponent to make a move, and then just showed on the screen, Game was abbandoned, you lost...
Using Google Chrome on Win8..

Still no real answer from anyone...
Here's todays example... I lost although I was all the time on the page and waited 3 mins for opponent to make a move, and then suddenly I see I'm on move and have -3 mins time, and then just this appears and I loose..
You've lost connection to the server. It just looks like your opponent hasn't moved, in reality the move just hasn't trasmitted from the server to your PC.
This is weird, on chesskid.com when a computor plays really slow, which they don't ( they play moves in 1 second) I log out of fastchess and get back on. Best I can do.

My opponent lost his connection and I lost the game! Thats happend for many of my games the last week. Now I got a warning and are suspended to play. What can I do?
