He probably used " Vacation" mode it's under your settings on your " home" page.
It is used in case something unplanned occurs .
An example my mother recently passed away and I used ' Vacation" mode to adjourn a game.
Don't assume the worst.

Depends how much vacation he's accrued. Oh if he's obviously delaying the game, you could report him I suppose. Here's an article:

Yeah but i wait till tonorow i think more then 24 h are not allowed. But what i didnt understand, how could he get one extra day. Normally he had Time till yesterday but then i saw that he got 24 hours again in a 1 day Game how is that possible?

No it was before he took vecation. Its 1 day Game. Yesterday he should have lost because of time which ended but he got 24h more. Today he had only 30 minutes left and now he took vacation perhaps. What yesterday happend i cant explain?
He's a premium member. Vacations kick in automatically.

Oh please. He's got 6 games going. His vacation may have nothing to do with your game or even chess. If you're tired of waiting, start another game.
How do u Know it. And he just have to move once and then he will loose the Game for sure. I cant imagine he doesnt have time for one move!

can't he stop your attack with rc8+ or even just taking the rook and win a bishop and rook for a queen

Ok thanx. I Know it doesnt work but i personally dont think so. He paused the Game many times because it was nearing an end. Isntead of pausing he could have played. But doesnt matter seems its wrong to ask questions here. Everyone blaming me here and thinking he is right and i am wrong. Thanx anyway i wont ask any questions again.
