you should disable the ctrl+R shortcut to your email. It may work then.
Great! So, let me make it clear.... In order for me to see it next to playing board I need to do the following (suggested earlier)....
One way to ensure that you are seeing the most updated pictures is to clear your local cache (this is why Erik suggested ctrl-R, this is the keyboard shortcut to clear the cache on the most popular browsers). However, just because you see or don't see the updated picture doesn't mean everybody else does.
Here is a silly question for most of you: How do I clear my LOCAL CACHE????

It depends on what browser you're using. What are you using?
For IE7
Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel.
Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.
Click Delete Files button.
Click Delete button across from Temporary Internet Files.
Click Yes.
Click Close.
Click Ok.
For IE6
Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel.
Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.
Click Delete Files.
NOTE: Do not select Delete Cookies. Delete Cookies removes all the cookies stored on the computer.
Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box.
Click OK.
for firefox
Click Tools and select Options.
Click the Privacy Icon.
Click Clear across from the Cache option.
Click Ok.
Exit and relaunch the browser.

Did you clear your local cache?
Define a local cache.....
It's basically your temporary Internet files
Did that twice... Do I need to re-load picture? In what order do I do these operations?

I finally fixed it. I had to go to my Browser's help to figure out how to do it. Thank you all for pointing me in a right direction. Happy 2008!
My pic needs to be rotated. It's straight in my file...but Chess.com keeps turning it sideways. Anyone help me with that?

What happens if you try taking a screen clipping of the original file? If that ends up rotated as well, then it’s probably a problem with chess.com rather then your file… in that case, maybe try rotating your original picture 90 degrees clockwise and then saving that as your new profile picture. Let me know how it goes.
