My rating refund never seemed to happen

An hour ago I received this message from chess.com

I received this elo due to my two losses against @Jagoan9721, who has been banned. However my rapid rating still reads 1843, and I have not played any games today. Can someone please help me with this, thanks.

there seems to be a disconnect between my rating that shows on my profile and the rating that appears when I play. It says I have 1860 rating when I play, so I guess everything is good.
