My Score did not change

I won a game on time after 13 moves. In the past my score would go up after this many moves when the other play lost on time. My score is 993 and the other player's score is 1178, why did my score not change.

Thanks for the answer. What do you mean by unrated game. How do I know a game is unrated. It the other player unrated. THANKS.
