My sibling was just playing the game as usual, there was no cheats involved they just played like anyone would play when suddenly in a middle of a chess game their account suddenly got logged out and was told to be banned/closed for 'fair play'. They tried asking customer service since they never actually cheated but the customer service rejected them and so they couldn't even complain. So here I am asking what to do
If the account was closed for that reason an email should have been sent to the address associated with the account regarding the closure, along with steps that are available.
As to the Help option, your sister should still be able to contact a support agent by typing something along the lines of contact agent
