Mystery notification badge

Using iOS app, I get a “1” badge on the app and over “Home” when in the app. I check the notifications, nothing. Messages, nothing. I’ve searched every menu option and can’t find what it’s trying to notify me about.

How do you find what the notification is for when notifications are empty and you still have the red “1” over Home?
