I don't know if you want to do this or not, but you can block messages from people who aren't on your friends list. Maybe if you do that for a while he'll get bored and go away.

I have done that for 2 years. He does not get bored. He just changes his account.

Not sure if you understood me... you can block messages from everyone. Creating a new account won't do him any good unless you add his new accounts to your friends list.

Thank you for sharing that. I do know of how that works, but I admin for some teams and like to keep my communication open for my members. My comment was to Shaun so that he might be able to respond to my question about IP address. I'm good, but thanks for your suggestion. If he gets worse, I will I guess have to move to that option since he is persistant enough to continue this for so long.
