"New Game" button not working on Android app

Hello. Today I tried on several occasions to start a "new game", using the button when a certain match ends. This didn't work. I still could start a rematch (from another person, I don't know if I can send one, haven't tried) as well as to start a new game via the home screen.
I seems to me like the button has just broken or something. It doesn't do anything as much as I can see. There is also no connection issue or something similar as I am able to get a match in no-time using the home screen.
I'm using the Chess.com app via a Moto G50 with Android 11(?). I have an account.
