Well, although gold does not have game review, it has unlimited lessons and unlimited puzzles, and still has no adds. You can export your games and use another platform that I will not specify because I could get banned to review games. Gold helped me learn openings like Caro-Kan and Nimzo-Indian defense. I was mentioning the older posts about unlimited game review.

That will increase the user's time cost and consume the patience. Gold users can open 10 game reviews per day instead of none now. Instead, puzzles can be completed on other sites. I would rather limit the number of puzzles per day.
Staff work on the weekends but tickets are handled by when they enter the queue. So how quickly you get a response depends on how many members are in the billing queue before you.
