new member chatting

Im a new member and I cannot chat while watching a game. There is a notice which appears that states that the chat block is "temporary", or I have to "upgrade" my account. Well its been two days. just how lond do I have to wait to chat as a new member? Do i really have to pay now to chat with other players?

my chatting is off and when I go to settings and try too fix it they keep saying do I want too disable chat permanently what can i do

tell em that u dont, i gives u a choice, just dont tell it to disable it
