I have recently submitted some refund and support tickets after being charged for the annual membership after a free trial. It was my first time being charged for membership so I fall under the one time refund.
I have submitted a few refund tickets and I don't expect to have a full reply too soon as it is the New Year but what I find strange is that I haven't received any automated emails for my tickets either.
I have thoroughly checked my spam and inbox and double checked my spelling of my email so there are no issues there.
Is it possible the automated emails are also not coming through as a result of this busy period?
Any help or different point of contact would be greatly appreciated.
You'll get a response but it will take longer than normal. For some reason refund tickets aren't getting the automated email confirmation of receipt.
Be sure to check your spam/junk folders in case staff have replied.
