No coach voice narration during reviews

I have a platinum membership, but I never get voice narration from the coach (Canty) when going through my reviews. I already checked to make sure I have voice enabled in settings. Any help appreciated.

Go to settings, then click on(coach) maybe you turned off narration?

Do you not get it on any of the reviews? I know Move Explanations are Diamond only, with the exception of your first review of the day.
