No contact for refund yet

I paid for diamond yearly subscription few days ago, but now realising that I will be busy and won't be able to use it to its full potential, I have requested for refund through contact us. The bot said someone from their team will contact me within 24 hrs, but this has not happened yet.

Can someone tell me what should I do? I just want to get refund asap. Should I email them too?

It can take 1-3 days to get a response, depending on ticket loads.

I have got the refund today only. It was smooth process. They took little more than 24hrs to contact me, but after they contacted everything went smoothly.
