I have the same issue with Alextheplayer23. I forgot my password and my email I used for it but I remember the username. Unfortunately I don't have screenshots of me playing in the account. It was AnnikaNika and I would mostly play with Martin the bot in that account. Please help me recover it!

You'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu
