My dearest chess.com - why do you hijack the entire web page in the middle of a game? This makes no sense! Don't you want people to come to your website to play chess? This is ridiculous!

I am not having any trouble with the website. There is a feature on a Mac to hide distracting items on the bar where you type in the address. 'box with 2 small lines under it.'

this is what happened when i started up Chess.com.

I reported it this way and it just happened again. Now what?

It's now happening repeatedly. I wonder how many former members left because this made it impossible for them to play a normal uninterrupted game (nah, actually I don't).

Same thing just happened again with the exact same ad.

Staff made a change to block the provider when this was posted.

I have referred it again to them but you might run a malware scan on your system in case it's coming from something else on your system.
