No longer earning tier points in puzzle solving for mobile:

I noticed when I advanced yesterday to rank 7 of the last tier of puzzle points, my points no longer get added when I solve puzzles on my mobile app attempts. I checked and made sure the option to earn points is turned on. Also can we please have an option to get rid of the "white to move" text on the puzzle solving screen? It's jarring and distracting while in dark mode to have such a bright contrast text box hanging over my screen. I want it completely removed because I KNOW it's my move since the computer moves instantly.

Your rating is still changing after puzzles. The rating change may not be showing though within the Puzzle Journey feature

Let me clarify:
I'm not talking about puzzle rating. I'm talking about the TIER rating system where you advance up the different tiers like silver, gold, crystal, legend, etc. The points for that system build up the meter bar, and when it maxes, you advance one of the 20 steps to the next tier. The most recent app updates have screwed that up. Now the meter is frozen at empty. I continue to see points added to my overall score (again not talking about rating), but the meter stays empty now.

Also I find it bizarre the mobile app lets you browse the forums, but there's no option on the screen anywhere to, you know, POST SOMETHING!
Sorry, but I'm really frustrated at how the coding is being handled for multi-million-dollar company. This reeks of incompetence and a lack of attention/testing. Just who the heck is Danny Rensch hiring to code for mobile anyway? They need to be fired and a more competent crew brought on board.

I had that happen on one level recently on Android where it didn't move along the bar until I was within 1,000 points of advancing. Are you seeing it on every level or currently on just the one?

Same issue here... and it also started when I reached level 7 on the last Tier the other day.

Edit: sorry, level 6 instead of 7 on Legend Tier

Same issue for me. A few days ago the app puzzle tiers started glitching and jumping randomly from tier to tier and now it's stuck on an old tier with no progress at all. I tried reinstalling the app but it didn't help. Chess.com help didn't even reply. They seem to just ignore people. Maybe they don't care since they have millions of subscribers.

Same thing happened to me. Martin stahl said it only effects user that have prestige 1x. So yah it's probably not gonna be fixed anytime soon.

It's currently a bug for members that have prestiged at least one time. Staff are aware and working on it

This has been fixed now for those impacted.

It's possible that it may drop you back to Wood 1 but should quickly get you to the correct place with a few correctly solved puzzles (depending on how many puzzles were completed while the bug was happening)
