I am having the exact same problem, do you know what the fix was?
I contacted chess.com's help. They fixed it for me. They could see the blank chessboard, too.

I was playing a game this morning, and when the other person's game came and said "My move" I opened the game. Chessboard was there. But there was nothing on it. Also I could not find anything on the moves or details box. What has happened?
