Try downloading the latest firefox for Mac. I use it and it works perfectly. Also make sure you have the latest pluggins instaled, namely flashplayer and java.

Which browser are you using? If its Safari can you use the tools options to 'reset' which clears cookies and history, or try this link 'Missing Pieces'
