I have been using this app for years. It is great. I have never had issues with finding opponents. A few days ago, I noticed a dramatic increase in the wait time to find opponents and the number of times no opponent could be located. Is there an explanation? Is the app having issues? My rating has not changed (unfortunately) and I am requesting the same game I have been requesting for some time (3/2). Thanks.

I just tried and found one quickly.

 

First, verify your rating range isn't too restrictive. Then, if it is still a problem, try the following.

 

If you are on Android you might try clearing the app cache.

 

Maybe a force stop and restart.

 

Failing that, maybe uninstall/reinstall.
