Hi, I contacted support 3 days ago, but got no response, is there any way to check whether the request isn’t lost? Should I create another request?

No response at all? I would resend it.  Usually, you receive a form reply first saying that your email has been received and will be responded to within 24-48 hours.

About what?  Some things take longer.

About membership. I followed instructions here https://support.chess.com/article/517-why-does-paypal-ask-for-credit-card-information and sent money to order@chess.com. I just want to know if there is a problem with the payment.

Well, if you send a follow-up to support@chess.com, they can check.
