You can't get it by posting here. You need to use the link to Support given on the bottom of every web page. Reading the Help topic posted in #44 will make it easier.

Yes. Everyone who actually contacts support using their links and applies for a refund gets one. My understanding is that It generally takes three or four days from when the firm is submitted.
I have purchased the diamond membership by mistake. I wanted to purchase the gold membership and I wasn't aware of the price of the diamond membership. Please kindly provide a refund as it's really urgent.
