no sound effects

Hi guys, I don't have sound effects while playing chess. I tried changing some stuff in options but nothing helped, all other sound effects than ,,default" works fine. I hear it sometimes, but sometimes not, can anyone help?

There is a bug we are aware of with the systems so hopefully won't be to long. It's effecting sound and pictures etc. 

I have the same problem.

Happens to me from time to time. I log out and log back in and that usually works.

Encountering a similar issue, but a tad more confusing - I only hear about every third effect, mostly for my own moves, game start and game over, usually nothing for oponent moves. Very confusing, relog didn't help
