No sound in Variants

...I really don't get it. I can hear sound in Live Chess (standard,960,3check,etc), daily games, puzzles, chess tv...  I can hear the sound of the keyboard tapping as im typing this... (and sound is available at all other sites that i use).....

...But as soon as i go for 4 player & Variants, there's no sound. It's a bit odd because i checked that volume is at max at Variants>Settings>General.. and that the mute is button is turned off. I turned it off and on again multiple times just to be sure.

What could it be? Maybe it's a different protocol for the Variants page but.. i dont know how to fix that.

Help would be appreciated, it's really underwhelming to play Spell Chess/Atomic/4player without any sound.

p/s im using windows 10 pro

p/s i also checked settings>board and pieces>play sound ...it's turned on and it works for everything but Variants

same for me. just got new laptop and the same issue. all settings are on. normal server normal sound on variants server no sound. i do use opera. any known solution???
