When trying to play one of the video lessons, there is sound but there is no video.  I am not sure how to correct this problem.  Does anyone have any suggestions.  TIA Tom

Is this with all video lessons you try to view or just a specific one?

This has to do with any videos on chess.com

Sorry you are experiencing this problem.

 

I would just like to ask a few question to help identify the problem and hopefully be able to provide a solution.

1) What device are you using? (PC/Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone)

2)What Operating System? (Windows XP/Vista/7, Mac, Ubuntu, Android, Iphone)

3) What browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari)

I was using Explorer but after reading your comment, I tried a diffenent browser.  THe videos work in Chrome so that is what I am going to use.  I am not going to worry about Explorer since I have an alternative.  Thanks.  Tom

Yes Internet Explorer is not supported as well as chrome and firefox,
