Not Allowed to start the match

whenever I try to start a game, I get this message that says "You are not allowed to start the match" then it keeps searching without finding an opponent for me.
i tried clearing the cashe, I tried reinstall the app but nothing helped.
Ps: I only face this problem on the application not on the website.

That message is because you're on an old Android version and it's no longer supported for regular name play. The other features should work still and if you should be able to join live tournament (for now).
Regular live games are hosted differently as of earlier this week and are not supported in the new method.
