Have you checked your spam folder? It is possible that maybe the alert emails were caught in your spam folder. You should make sure you have "alert@chess.com" set as an approved sender in your email. Also, while you are logged into the website you should get alert boxes rather than email alerts to cut down on the emails that we must send out.
