Not getting paired

I’m not getting paired with people. Or if I do it’s people that are 500 or more points lower than me. I don’t mind playing that far below, in blitz it’s honestly a crap shoot but for 15/10 or longer, it’s not that great. I’ve set my parameters to -200 to inf and it’ll just spin and spin and not connect me. Is there something going on with the site?

Is this still happening?
Yessir it is. I'm not sure the average time of pairing but after like 30 seconds still nothing. Just tried it.

How are you accessing the site to play?
Mobile / PC / also through the chessnut app when using the chessnut air or pro
