Dude you if you are playing as white then you have either moved your king or already castled

I had the same problem a year ago. The admin couldn't help and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I finally made an inferior move and eventually lost. Because I couldn't castle. The problem has never repeated itself for me.
I'm having same problem. Does one slide king first or does the software allow the 2 moves as 1?
you move the king two squares, the software moves your rook for you.
Looking at your only game on here, you are not in a position to castle.
