Not Pairing

Just within the last week, I am having trouble playing a game. Ordinarily, when I go to play a game, chess.com pairs me with someone almost instantly. The last few days, I am getting a "Waiting for Opponent..." or "Searching" message for 3-5 minutes before getting paired and sometimes I do not get paired at all... What is going on?

Hello, my game is not pairing at all since one week.. i use chrome and tried different browsers.. same issue on the PC web version. however, its fine on my phone app. can you pls fix this issue or guide me how to fix. Thanks.
