I've already checked my spam and junk folders, blocked mail list, etc...
I also send a support ticket last week via this link: https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us and had no response yet.

It's possible there's a typo in the email. As to the ticket, support is a little behind due to a company meetup last week. It may take a little longer than normal to get a reply.
