Not receiving notifications from chess.com?

I’ve tried just about everything and i still can’t get any of my notifications to show when it’s my move. I tried restarting my phone, re downloading the app, and toggling on and off the notifications in my phone settings. No luck with any of those options. My phone is an iphone XR and my app version is 3.8.86. The only time i can see my alerts is when i go into the app and refresh the page.

I am having the same issue. It just started maybe 2 days ago. My app is on the same latest version.

I have the same problem. Used to work fine and now it doesn’t. Frustrating.
Just started happening to me today. iPhone 12pro app version 3.9.17

Same for me. Seems to have started today, but it may have been yesterday and I didn't notice. Using latest version of app and iOS.

I have the same problem on iPhone 11 PRO. App version: v3.9.17 (1). Tried all of the above. Nothing helps.

Same here... nothing on my iPhone or iPad for two days. Reinstalled, signed back in... even changed my theme back to standard since I changed it to Wood two days ago... no help. Guessing it’s server side.

Same here. Two years everything was fine and then they just stopped yesterday. All notifications are enabled on my app + the website, and enabled on the phone settings. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothin.
