Notifications had started working again a few days ago (when others in this thread reported theirs came back too). They stopped again about 12 hours ago.
Not receiving notifications from chess.com?

Mine just stopped working yesterday. I reinstalled the app. I have the latest iOS on my iPhone 11. Plus I made sure notifications were on. What's going on, Chess.com?
Mine has been on/off for the last two weeks, with no real pattern. Will kick in, work for a few hours, then stop again, and repeat.

Any news on this? I switched to an iPhone 12 mini this weekend and I almost lose two games for timeout

Hello! We are currently experiencing some issues with the My Move notification specifically for users on mobile. Our team is working on it.
- Please notice that this thread is relatively old, and the specific bug is relatively recent. In the past, many cases of certain notifications missing were related to aspects like (i) app not refreshing in the background, (ii) phone notif settings being blocked, (iii) phone being in Do Not Disturb mode, and (iv) Chess.com settings not updates.
I wish they would fix mine. Still no notifications for over 6 months. Very frustrating!
