Number of games played

Hi, at the beginning the number of my games in the profile was correct, but now it only shows 102 games played, while I have already played 147. Can someone explain why the wrong number is displayed?

In the history of games by forest60, we can see 147 rated blitz games. But in the statistics https://www.chess.com/stats/live/blitz/forest60/0 there are 102 games.

I have the same problem since November 7th 2024. I have reached the support team on January 6th 2025. And I am still waiting for someone to force the recalculation of my stats page (which ignores 14 rated rapid games).

Everything is updated! Thank you very much @Martin_Stahl! Are you able to force the recalculation of a stats page by yourself, or do you have to ask someone else to do it? In other words: the next time this problem occurs, is it better to reach the support team or to ask you to force the recalculation of a stats page?

If it happens again, a ticket with Support is best. I can reach out, sometimes to ask about it, but that's not going to be necessarily faster.

I am sorry @Martin_Stahl but I have one last question. This problem occurred 7 times in my statistics page, last year. It is a clear bug. Do you know whether Chess.com developpers are aware of this bug (and working on it)? If they are not aware of it, this bug will happen again and again and again...
