Is there a way to contact chess.com via email. I was trying to upgrade my account to the 7 dollars a month, and it said my credit card had expired before even asking me which membership I wanted (This was from three years ago.) And that it wanted me to update it and when I did it instantly charged me for the one year Diamond membership priced at a hundred dollars. I can't afford that and I need to have it canceled so that I can get the appropriate subscription I wanted. How can I go about doing this.
