You might try www.chess.com/switch. I found it works best from either the login page or from the main www.chess.com page.
I guess it is possible they are phasing the option out but you might try clearing your cache too.

I used to be able to get back to the old interface using a button in the top ribbon. That button now is gone. How do I get back to the old interface??
