Okay, so yesterday I was playing an Online Chess game and I resigned. When I viewed the game, it said I was unrated, even though I resigned. I am pretty sure that was a rated game. But when I go to my Online Chess home, and look at the game it says my opponent's name vs. BlueGator456 (1070). When I play other games, it also says I am unrated. When I look at my stats at the right of the Online Chess home page, it says I am unrated in the stats. Here is the link to the game:

There is a recently introduced policy change to display unrated on new players for a few games. As you note there is a rating on the game list.

You have a rating otherwise your opponent's new rating could not be calculated.
Unrated on the game page is probably to warn those you play that your strength is unknown.
Perhaps staff / someone else will come along to advise how many games it takes for the rating to display on the game page.
