online pieces don't display

I have contacted support several times on this issue with no resolution. The display of pieces for online games has always been intermittent here at work, never a problem at home. I brought my laptop in to work to test a theory. The pieces always display properly at home. When I connect to the internet through the work network, no pieces are displayed.

I do not know enough to debug this problem. I am thinking it has something to do with security here, a firewall setting, antivirus or similar element that blocks certain graphic elements or site types.

Patterns, have you talked to the network administrator about adding Chess.com to the "safe list" so the images will no longer be blocked?

To all that have offered suggestions, I have tried many different ways to unblock images, reduce security, etc. Nothing has worked yet. I will continue to try all new ideas. I do have access to change settings and since this is a work PC, it isn't a priority or even a preferred site for IT to have users on, but I will keep making attempts.
