Opening a ticket of complaint...
I lost a game due to a system crash and my rating has not been restored. I have posted the game in question already in another forum and can do so again on this ticket. Anyway, I was told to open a ticket of complaint on help&support page but can't navigate. The "contact us" button takes me to frequently asked questions. But since I was told to open a ticket regardless, I am opening my ticket of complaint here.

The forums are primarily answered by other members. On the contact page, click on the search icon (or actually search for something) and the click the Ask option that shows up in the header

If that doesn't work for you, email support@chess.com from the email on your account.
