Opening Line indicator box displays "Custom Position" only

So for a while now whenever I play live chess the portion of the UI that should display what opening line is being played e.g. "London System" "Ponziani" "Queen's Gambit Declined" etc. Just always says "Custom Position". Is anyone else experiencing this? I wonder if this bug is specific to my account or more widespread. Could I have accidentally toggled a setting that does this? Does chess.com QA know about it? Thanks.

Same. It's been occasionally happening for me for weeks, but as of a couple of days ago now happens 100% of the time.

So this is still happening for me except now when it fails (90% of the time it does fail to display correctly) it shows the phrase "Loading ECO database"

ZERO support from Chess.com on this issue. Not even an apology.

Yeah it's frustrating how long this bug has persisted.
