Well it says he wins by timeout..
So it must mean to win you have to timeout?
Also interesting is that is reads "Black Wins (1-0)" and furthermore there is somehow a black pawn on e1 (?!)
This issue is bad connection on the chess.com server side and bad lag management.
Server failed to deliver opponent's move to you and counted your time down while your browser counted opponent's time waiting. When server reconnected, it readjusted your time to 0:00 and you lost.
Remedy: Don't play Live chess.
I have an image to prove that a 'bad connection' player timed out, with a "pawn" ready to queen, and it persistantly allowed the player 'life' even though he was at 00:00. His "to-pawn-a queen" sat on the 8th file, and though my clock read 12 seconds left, the game ended AND HE WAS GIVEN THE WIN????????? This has happenned to me a handful of times. How can this be??
