Opponents are winning by resignation / timeout

Happened to me today. My opponent just stopped playing and it was counted as my loss. "Game Aborted" was the message that appeared.
Dear Chess.com team, i hoped that the latest version will solve this bug.
(1)After my move, opponents timer is running down
(2)i will see that my opponent will automatically resign after 2.59 minutes and that timer starts running down
(3) opponent reconnects
(4) again his timer runs
(5) again he starts to reconnect
(6) ultimately his timer runs out
I can't respond and if i try to quit and reconnect then i will loose by resignation. If i wait for the timer, i will lose by timeout.
I am on ios 9.2.1, chess app latest version.
