opponents clock stops counting down at 5 min on first move

When I start a game my opponents clock counts down to 5 mins on their first turn and then stays there. I have all these games open that are stuck on the first turn because my opponents clocks are all stuck on 5 min.

The three games all show less than 1 minute remaining for your opponents. I'll bet it's because you don't have "Auto win on time out" checked. (In online settings.)

Yes, they have renamed it "daily chess" for some unclear reason. It is there.

Don't be disappointed after you fix it, win all three games and get no rating points. Games with less than 3 moves are not rated.
