Opponent's closed account in daily tournament

In a daily tournament my opponent closed his account while it was my move. It looks voluntary, not because of abuse or fair play so its not one where their opponents get their automatic win. If I wait for my time to run out do I win, or do I have to make a move to avoid *me* from losing on time?

Yes, you should make your move, though you should make a good one in case your opponent glass their account reopened.
